Inspirational. I got a lower back injury recently. Stopped deadlifting and squatting for over a week. Got back into (front) squatting and now the pain is back again. Osteopath seems to suggest that it is no big deal. I suppose I should reduce ROM or weight when I train my squat and deadlifts. Do you have any advice? Thank you.
